Buy on GumroadBoth are signed, notarised Mac apps, and one admin prompt installs the TSR.link driver. In Free, what Stage adds stays on screen as dashed controls rather than disappearing, so you can see what you are missing. Presets carry over if you move up.
Same app, same tracking, same audio engine: Free is not a trial and does not expire. Stage unlocks the performance end of it, the parts you reach for in a set rather than at a desk, listed on the cards above. In Free those controls stay visible but dashed, so nothing is hidden from you.
Not yet. A port is in progress; leave an email on the about page to hear when it lands. On Mac it is tested on Apple Silicon (M1) with macOS 11+; it may run on older Macs, we have not checked.
No. TSR-01 sits in the audio path and will process any input: a mic, an interface, a demo session. Ableton adds the BPM clock and scene firing.
It is TSR.link, TSR-01's own driver: built clean-room on libASPL and MIT-licensed, so there is no GPL in the distribution. BlackHole remains supported as a fallback device if you already have it installed.
Try the browser demo first, it is the same tracking. If the app doesn't run on your machine, email within 14 days and you'll get your money back.
